Supervise and train housekeeping staff on their job responsibilities and areas of responsibility. Plan work schedules and special assignments while maintaining cleanliness standards.

Supervise and train housekeeping staff on their job responsibilities and areas of responsibility. Plan work schedules and special assignments while maintaining cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate job performance of all housekeeping staff.
- Monitor cleanliness of assigned areas.
- Implement work schedules and special assignments effectively.
- Ensure proper training and orientation of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure compliance with policies and take disciplinary action when necessary.
- Conduct regular checks on equipment and inform the manager of any damages.
- Participate in person-centered care initiatives.
- Perform tasks as assigned within your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Diploma holder or University Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong in compliance, general administration, and equipment management.
- Languages: English - Native or Bilingual Proficiency.
