Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
  • Secure product listings across all designated accounts.
  • Prospect and acquire new customers.
  • Manage and develop existing accounts for customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to client inquiries with tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales objectives.
  • Execute daily route plans and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain customer stock levels to minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Reconcile daily sales transactions accurately.
  • Ensure no stock discrepancies or cash shortages.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in FMCG distribution sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid residency permit and Saudi driving license.
  • Fluency in Arabic; English knowledge preferred.

Join Our Team as a Sales Executive!

At Napco National, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to sell our extensive range of products to assigned customers. Your role will be integral in driving company success through your efforts in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell a diverse range of company products to assigned customers and provide competitive feedback.
  • Ensure proper implementation of planograms for effective product presentation.
  • Issue special order requests as needed and collect invoices according to the company’s aging policy.
  • Prepare necessary documents for call cycles or business reviews before going to the market.
  • Identify and report new customers in your area to the team leader.
  • Handle customer complaints, reporting to the sales team leader for unresolved issues.
  • Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader or accountant.
  • Issue return forms for defective products after approval from your superior.
  • Review customer accounts quarterly, obtaining customer signatures/approvals.
  • Conduct inventory checks during visits to cover warehouses and shelves.

Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum education: High School degree.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar or related field.
