The Graphic Designer Role

A-Z Experience is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Graphics & Branding team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves developing visual materials for proposals, events, exhibitions, and brand activations. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for projects ranging from presentation design and key visuals to environmental branding, signage, digital assets, and branded collateral, managing the process from concept development through to approved artwork handover. The ideal candidate will combine strong creative execution with precision, organizational skills, and an understanding of how designs translate into physical event environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design presentation pages, key visuals, event identities, branding applications, signage, digital assets, and branded collateral.
• Translate approved creative concepts and client brand guidelines into clear and consistent visual systems.
• Develop design directions, options, and revisions based on consolidated internal and client feedback.
• Create branding applications across digital, print, large-format, and event-environment formats.
• Utilize suitable AI-assisted design and image-generation tools for concept exploration, visual development, image generation, and image enhancement.
• Apply professional judgment, originality, brand control, and appropriate usage approvals when employing AI-assisted creative tools.
• Coordinate dimensions, placements, and technical requirements with Experiential Design, 3D, Finalization, Project Management, and Production teams.
• Prepare mock-ups and visual applications that clearly communicate the intended design.
• Maintain organized editable files, linked assets, fonts, imagery, and accurate version naming.
• Verify copy, typography, hierarchy, alignment, image quality, and overall visual consistency before submitting work for review.
• Provide support for material samples, print reviews, and on-site visual adjustments as required.
• Meet assigned deadlines and proactively identify missing information, production limitations, or feasibility concerns.

• AI-assisted tools enhance creative development and efficiency without compromising originality or quality.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design. A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work for events, branding, or similar experiential projects is essential.
