Merya Hotels is seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join their team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah Region, specifically in the cities of Makkah and Taif. The role requires 0-1 years of experience and offers a salary of SAR 4000.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in process.
• Accurately and efficiently manage reservation transactions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Respond to phone calls, handle reservations, and coordinate with other hotel departments.
• Maintain precise records of guest information, arrivals, and departures.
• Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Provide administrative support for front office operations.
• Coordinate with reception and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are prepared for guests.

Qualifications and Skills

• A diploma is required; a diploma in hospitality is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in a front desk position is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and an excellent personality.
• Ability to manage various tasks with efficiency and skill.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
• A pleasant, kind demeanor and a cooperative attitude.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located within the Makkah Region, with opportunities in both Makkah and Taif. The role is integral to the daily operations of Merya Hotels' establishments.
