The Role of Sales Specialist

Saudi Scrubs is looking for a Sales Specialist to lead wholesale expansion across the healthcare sector. This full-time position requires a results-driven professional to manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to closing, and to foster long-term partnerships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive wholesale business growth by identifying and engaging new leads within the healthcare sector.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, encompassing initial contact, pitching products, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and medical centers.
  • Achieve established monthly and annual sales targets through a strategic and proactive approach.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales. Experience within the healthcare sector is preferred, demonstrating a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve business growth objectives.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The standard work schedule for this role is 6 days per week.
