We are seeking a skilled technician to optimize the reliability of equipment in our area of responsibility. Your main role will involve installing, operating, and conducting preventative maintenance and repair activities to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, modify, service, and upgrade equipment according to technical specifications.
- Document and report any issues regarding design and compliance with AIC standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and perform diagnostic checks.
- Conduct inspecting and validating parts for necessary replacements to minimize repair costs.
- Carry out periodic preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable performance.
- Ensure quick restoration of equipment following a malfunction by troubleshooting issues effectively.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on external workshop deliverables to ensure compliance with standards.
Policies and Procedures:
- Follow relevant policies and procedures to maintain a controlled work environment.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and promote best practices across the team.
Safety and Environment:
- Comply with safety, health, and environmental policies to ensure a safe workplace.
- Participate in incident investigations and report any changes impacting safety procedures.
