Your Role:As a Maintenance Technician at KONE, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality service and improving equipment safety and performance. You will be responsible for:
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Performing regular maintenance checks and responding to emergency call-outs.
- Identifying and reporting site risks for immediate action.
- Executing maintenance operations according to safety and quality standards.
- Maintaining service tools and equipment in good condition.
Qualifications:We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- ITI/Vocational Certificate course or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in Preventive Maintenance with a reputable elevator company.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic IT and digital skills are preferred.
