We are seeking dedicated Saudi Nationals to provide exceptional service to our customers in a warm and welcoming environment. As a Barista, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and ensuring they are greeted with professionalism.
- Presenting the menu and explaining the options when necessary.
- Taking orders accurately and entering them into the system.
- Preparing and serving beverages and food according to high standards.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and professionally handling feedback or complaints.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the work area and tables continuously.
- Adhering to health and safety standards.
- Managing payment processes (cash/card) accurately.
- Contributing to inventory management and reporting shortages.
- Collaborating with team members to guarantee service quality and speed.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Professionalism, neat appearance, and commitment to service.
- Ability to work under pressure and be a team player.
- Basic knowledge in beverage preparation (coffee, cold drinks, etc.).
- Proficiency in using POS systems is an advantage.
- Punctuality and discipline in work attendance.
- Good command of English is desirable.
