Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Ciena's global goals.
- Conduct market analysis and identify key target audiences.
- Manage the regional marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Define and track KPIs for marketing program effectiveness.
- Develop and execute targeted Account-Based Marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales teams for personalized messaging.
- Support partners and resellers with marketing strategies and resources.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 15+ years of marketing experience in technology or telecommunications.
- Deep understanding of the ME telecommunications landscape.
- Proven success in executing impactful marketing programs.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English.
Assets:
- Proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages.
- Experience in collaborative marketing structures.
