Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the IT Department and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Maintain strong product knowledge to maximize system utility.
Adhere to legal standards regarding IT governance and security.
Proactively identify and implement solutions for current and future IT needs.
Cultivate strong interdepartmental relationships within the hotel.

Requirements:

Saudi Nationality.
Over 2 years of IT management experience, preferably in hospitality or service sectors.
Proficiency in Microsoft systems and familiarity with hotel applications (*, Fidelio, Micros).
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
General understanding of current IT trends, infrastructure, and technologies.
Ability to develop and execute contingency plans.

About the Role
