We are seeking a talented Sr. Maintenance Supervisor, Facilities who will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our facility systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside top professionals while contributing to a sustainable future through innovative vehicle technology.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure uninterrupted facility operations by providing engineering oversight across all shifts.
- Supervise and guide outsourced maintenance teams in executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Act as the subject matter expert for critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS).
- Monitor contractor performance, enforce safety and quality standards, and validate compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Lead the technical response to facility emergencies and coordinate rapid recovery actions.
- Review maintenance reports and provide technical input for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies during maintenance activities.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance.
- At least 7 years in a supervisory or lead engineering role.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and familiarity with CMMS and energy management systems.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and emergency response protocols.
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently across shifts.
