The Opportunity: Store Manager (Dyson)

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Store Manager for the Dyson brand in Al Madinah (Medina), Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the store achieves optimal commercial performance and delivers an exceptional guest experience. The Store Manager will drive both candidate satisfaction and employee satisfaction through effective employee and customer experience strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead in-store customer experience initiatives.
• Plan team member succession readiness.
• Develop team talent through on-the-job training and extended assignments, in coordination with the HR Business Partner.
• Enhance employee satisfaction through employee initiatives, culture, and experience.
• Oversee daily operations related to visual merchandising, retail Point of Sale (POS) compliance, sales team schedules, and commissions.
• Provide in-store support, including privileges, as per business needs.
• Act as the main point of contact with back-office operations.
• Ensure e-purchase and store pickup operations are conducted according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure customer data is collected by the information team as per marketing team requirements.
• Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and ensure team members are familiar with app offers.
• Ensure the store team works towards shared objectives.
• Drive omnichannel sales.
• Increase store revenue targets against actual revenue.
• Increase full-price sales.
• Provide feedback on effective and ineffective matters.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3-5 years of previous experience as a Showroom Manager or Store Manager.
• Prior experience in sales or the electronics field.
• Proficiency in English.
