About the Role

Hire Feed is seeking a Backend Software Developer for one of its clients in Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position requiring 2-5 years of experience in software development. The role focuses on designing and implementing scalable software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Project Context

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions for a global leader in the Technology, Information, and Internet industry. The project aligns with long-term strategic goals and provides exposure to high-impact technologies, utilizing modern development practices within a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications, adhering to best practices in coding and architecture.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with industry standards and guidelines.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of systems.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions for ongoing projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with software development frameworks and libraries relevant to the project.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to write optimized and scalable code.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
Experience with debugging tools and techniques for resolving technical issues.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across different time zones.
