Role Overview

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Store Manager – Supermarket to lead operations in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time role is central to ensuring seamless service delivery, driving maximum sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction within the assigned supermarket. The Store Manager will also be responsible for optimizing stock management and implementing action plans for continuous business growth and improvement, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement MAF Retail’s supermarket plans in alignment with established strategies and procedures, collaborating with Head Office and Corporate Office.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to measure commercial performance and provide recommendations to enhance profitability and sales turnover.
• Maximize sales and profitability by effectively controlling costs within defined budgetary guidelines.
• Review and analyze stock and sales reports, initiating and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Operational Management and Standards

• Initiate and ensure the application of comparative studies between departments to contribute to commercial performance efficiency.
• Coordinate regularly with Department Heads to ensure effective stock management, covering stock value, out-of-stock situations, orders, and timely merchandise deliveries.
• Supervise the ongoing service and maintenance of the supermarket’s assets.
• Oversee the enhancement of hygiene standards, as well as the supermarket's safety and security protocols.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant management role within the retail or supermarket sector, demonstrating a proven track record in operational leadership and commercial performance.
