Baraya Extended Care is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Abha, 'Asir. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all building systems within the facility to support patient care and organizational operations. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Job Overview

The Maintenance Technician performs preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on facility equipment, systems, and infrastructure. This includes maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and general facility systems. The role supports routine inspections, responds to repair requests, and ensures compliance with established safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance activities to ensure equipment safety and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve system failures, breakdowns, or technical issues in a timely manner.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements, supporting internal and external audit processes.
• Use tools, testing devices, and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical departments to address service requests and maintenance issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various facility systems.
• Understanding of safety protocols and quality standards relevant to facility maintenance.
