As part of its expansion across Saudi Arabia, the company is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor for FMCG Cosmetics & Personal Care to lead and develop field sales teams in Abha, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Sales Supervisor will lead and supervise a team of Sales Representatives within the assigned region. This full-time role focuses on driving sales growth, expanding market coverage, developing customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and regional sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales and team supervision experience within FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Beauty, Pharmacy Chains, or related consumer-product sectors, along with solid knowledge of customers, sales channels, and market dynamics in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop Sales Representatives across the assigned territory.
• Set clear individual and team sales objectives in line with regional targets.
• Monitor daily field activities, customer visits, coverage, and sales performance.
• Conduct regular field visits with Sales Representatives and provide practical coaching.
• Achieve assigned monthly and regional sales targets and monitor individual and team performance against KPIs.
• Develop corrective action plans when sales performance is below target.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, distribution, and customer penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts.
• Expand product distribution and market coverage within the assigned region.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and product movement.
• Review sales reports, customer coverage, target achievement, and team productivity.
• Monitor customer credit limits, outstanding balances, and payment status across the assigned region.
• Ensure Sales Representatives comply with approved customer credit terms and company credit policies.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and support timely collection of outstanding payments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in field sales and team supervision.
• Experience within FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Beauty, Pharmacy Chains, or related consumer-product sectors.
• Solid knowledge of customers, sales channels, and market dynamics within the assigned region.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, and develop sales teams.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market coverage.
