Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and identify their visual and lifestyle needs.
  • Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and optical solutions.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Process sales transactions and handle basic after-sales support.
  • Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or certification in Optical Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an optical lab or retail optical environment.
  • Ability to accurately read and execute optical prescriptions.
  • High attention to detail and technical accuracy.
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and provide professional product consultations.
  • English communication skills required (Arabic is a plus).
