About the Products Manager Role

Almoosa Health Group is seeking a Products Manager to oversee and develop its optical and sunglasses product portfolio across all branches. This full-time position is based in Al-Ahsa, Eastern Province, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Products Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, pricing, demand forecasting, and performance monitoring of the eyewear assortment. The primary objective is to ensure the product offering remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the eyewear product assortment, including brand mix, price points, and category roles across branches.
• Plan seasonal collections and new product introductions (NPI), managing the process from selection through to launch.
• Maintain product master data and establish selling prices and margin targets in accordance with pricing policies.
• Monitor category profitability, sell-through rates, and stock turnover. Manage promotions, markdowns, and clearance activities.
• Forecast product demand, coordinate replenishment with procurement and warehouse teams, and work to reduce slow-moving inventory.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities, and set merchandising standards.
• Train sales and optometry teams on product knowledge and category performance.
• Report on category and stock performance to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Optics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product or category management, with a preference for experience in optical, eyewear, or retail sectors.
• Demonstrated knowledge of eyewear products and categories.

Required Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in Oracle (ERP), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Competence with standard computer tools.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.

This is a full-time position located in Al-Ahsa, within the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
