We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Control Engineer with experience in shipbuilding and ship maintenance to join our team in Al Bahah, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for ensuring that all project cost control activities align with our company's policies and procedures.

Job Objective:
Ensure comprehensive management of project cost control activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop systems and procedures to manage cost control functions.
• Monitor total project expenditure and verify invoices and claims from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Understand cost estimates related to materials, manpower, and marine operations.
• Coordinate with business development to resolve discrepancies.
• Upload cost and expense data into project management software.
• Generate cost performance reports and present them to the Project Manager.
• Assess potential change management scenarios in coordination with project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Minimum 912 years of experience in shipbuilding or maintenance.
