About the Role

Rehab Rehabilitation Center is looking for a committed Social Worker to join its team. This role plays a pivotal role in providing social and psychological support to clients, promoting their integration into society, and improving their overall well-being. The ideal candidate contributes to the comprehensive care provided by the center, ensuring clients receive the necessary support in their rehabilitation journey.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Conduct assessments of clients' social situations and provide them with social and psychological support.
Coordinate between clients and supporting entities (governmental or private).
Provide professional and community consultations.
Participate in developing a comprehensive treatment plan in coordination with the medical team.
Follow up on clients' situations after their discharge or completion of the treatment program.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
At least two years of experience in client support in clinical therapy or rehabilitation.
Experience in an accredited health or rehabilitation center.
Recommendation letter from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties for specialization in health specialties.
Advanced assessment skills.
Ability to design and implement treatment plans.
Excellent leadership and training skills.
Excellent communication and professional relationship-building skills.
Commitment to community work and professional ethics.
