نبحث عن أخصائي اجتماعي مؤهل يمتلك الخبرة في مساعدة الأفراد والأسر في مواجهة التحديات الاجتماعية. كجزء من فريقنا في مركز رئاب للتأهيل، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم الدعم والمساعدة للمرضى داخل مركز التأهيل.

المهام و المسؤوليات:
  • متابعة الحالات الاجتماعية للمستفيدين وإعداد التقارير اللازمة.
  • المساهمة في خطط التأهيل بالتنسيق مع الفريق العلاجي.
  • تقديم التوجيه والإرشاد للأسر لمساعدتها على دعم أفرادها بشكل فعّال.
  • العمل على تنمية مهارات المستفيدين الاجتماعية وتحسين علاقاتهم داخل المجتمع.
  • الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات والتعامل بحساسية عالية مع جميع الحالات.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • شهادة في الخدمة الاجتماعية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • تصنيف مهني ساري المفعول من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية.
  • خبرة في العمل داخل منشآت صحية أو مراكز تأهيلية.
