About the Role

Rehab Rehabilitation Center is looking for a committed Social Worker to join its team. This role plays a pivotal role in providing social and psychological support to clients, promoting their integration into society, and improving their overall well-being. The ideal candidate contributes to the comprehensive care provided by the center, ensuring clients receive the necessary support in their rehabilitation journey.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of clients' social situations and provide them with social and psychological support.
• Coordinate between clients and supporting entities (governmental or private).
• Provide professional and community consultations.
• Participate in developing a comprehensive treatment plan in coordination with the medical team.
• Follow up on clients' situations after their discharge or completion of the treatment program.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in client support in clinical therapy or rehabilitation.
• Experience in an accredited health or rehabilitation center.
• Recommendation letter from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties for specialization in health specialties.
• Advanced assessment skills.
• Ability to design and implement treatment plans.
• Excellent leadership and training skills.
• Excellent communication and professional relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to community work and professional ethics.
