This full-time role focuses on leading architectural and creative direction across the company's real estate projects, bridging investment vision with advanced engineering designs. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Purpose and Context

The Architectural Engineer will be responsible for guiding the architectural and creative aspects of real estate projects. This involves translating investment goals into engineering designs, managing advanced modeling, and ensuring compliance with building codes. The role contributes to enhancing project efficiency and achieving sustainable built environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural and creative direction across real estate projects.
• Craft architectural concepts and executive blueprints.
• Manage smart building information modeling (BIM).
• Apply artificial intelligence technologies to rendering and visual simulation.
• Ensure integrated engineering coordination across all disciplines.
• Guarantee strict compliance with the Saudi Building Code and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead architectural and creative direction in real estate projects.
• Proficiency in crafting architectural concepts and executive blueprints.
• Experience with smart building information modeling (BIM).
• Familiarity with applying artificial intelligence technologies to rendering and visual simulation.
• Strong understanding of integrated engineering coordination across various disciplines.
• Thorough knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and regulatory requirements.
