Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive schedules and establish cost baselines.
  • Oversee project progress and financial expenditures, generating forecasts as needed.
  • Support the project manager with schedule and cost reporting.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in value engineering and cost management.
  • Proven track record in developing inspection documents and manuals for industrial facilities.
  • Familiarity with Primavera/MSP is preferred.
