About the Role:
You will be responsible for optimizing the sales and distribution of Almarai Bakery products in your designated area. This role demands adherence to our operational policies and maintaining high sales and merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct effective performance reviews with salesmen and assistant salesmen on a daily basis.
  • Ensure timely market presence of sales vans and provide necessary support.
  • Regularly set and review targets to achieve sales and growth objectives.
  • Commence new routes and optimize existing coverage.
  • Conduct field assessments of salesmen in your area.

Requirements:
- Diploma Certificate or preferred bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of supervisory sales experience in a van sales environment, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Competencies: Knowledge of FMCG sales operations, numeracy, analytical skills, teamwork, negotiation skills, and time management abilities.
