Key Responsibilities:
  • Design packaging artwork, labels, and carton layouts according to client requirements.
  • Create and prepare die-lines and print-ready files compatible with offset and flexographic printing.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure designs meet technical and branding guidelines.
  • Modify and adapt existing designs for different carton sizes and styles.
  • Ensure color accuracy and consistency throughout the design and printing process.
  • Stay updated with packaging design trends, printing techniques, and industry standards.
  • Maintain an organized archive of design files and templates.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience in packaging design, especially in the carton or printing industry, is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of printing processes (offset, flexographic) and prepress requirements.

Work Environment:
This is a factory-based role with close coordination with production and printing departments. The position may require occasional client visits for design discussions and approvals.
