نبحث عن باريستا لديه خبرة في القهوة المختصة وشغف بتقديم تجربة مميزة للعملاء، للانضمام إلى فريق مخبز ومقهى Crumbline.

المهام الوظيفية:

• تحضير مشروبات الإسبريسو والمشروبات الساخنة والباردة وفق وصفات ومعايير ثابتة.
• ضبط المطحنة واستخلاص الإسبريسو، وتبخير الحليب وإتقان فن اللاتيه.
• استقبال العملاء وأخذ الطلبات والتعامل مع نظام الكاشير.
• تنظيف ماكينة القهوة والمطاحن والأدوات، والالتزام بسلامة الغذاء.
• متابعة مخزون قسم القهوة وتقليل الهدر.
• التعاون مع فريق المخبز والمحافظة على جودة الخدمة أثناء أوقات الذروة.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة سابقة كباريستا، ويُفضّل في مقهى مختص.
• معرفة عملية بضبط القهوة والعناية بالمعدات.
• مهارات تواصل جيدة وحسن التعامل مع العملاء.
• الالتزام بالمواعيد والاستعداد للعمل بنظام الورديات.
• يُفضّل إجادة الإنجليزية بمستوى مناسب لخدمة العملاء.

Barista  + Chief Wanted — Bakery & Café

Location: Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced barista with a passion for specialty coffee and excellent customer service to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso-based drinks and other hot and cold beverages following standard recipes.
• Dial in grinders, maintain consistent espresso extraction, and demonstrate milk steaming and latte art skills.
• Welcome customers, take orders, and operate the POS system.
• Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and tools.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor coffee bar inventory and minimize waste.
• Work closely with the bakery team and deliver efficient service during busy periods.

Requirements:

• Previous barista experience, preferably in a specialty coffee shop.
• Practical knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment care.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work shifts.
• English communication skills are preferred.
