About the Role

The Al Jubail Charity Association for Quran Memorization is seeking a dedicated and qualified Quranic Studies Teacher to join its team in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on teaching Quranic memorization, revision, and recitation within the Association's circles.

Role Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to provide in-person instruction in Quranic studies, fostering a disciplined and morally upright learning environment. The teacher will be instrumental in guiding students through their memorization journey and instilling the values and ethics of the Quran within the Association's educational framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person instruction for Quran memorization, revision, and recitation within the Association's circles.
• Develop and implement academic plans for students for each semester.
• Maintain student discipline and ensure adherence to the designated circle times.
• Embody and promote the ethical principles of the Quran.
• Instill positive values and good morals in students.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress reports.
• Collaborate effectively with the circle's supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Memorization of at least five Juz' (parts) of the Holy Quran.
• Proficiency in the rules of Tajweed.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Minimum secondary school qualification.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Workdays are four days per week, from Sunday to Thursday.
• Remuneration varies by shift: 1600 SAR for the Asr shift and 1200 SAR for the Maghrib shift.
