Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. (ABIS) is seeking an experienced Catalyst Foreman for a full-time position in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This role is integral to our oil and gas projects, focusing on the supervision of catalyst handling operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

Role Summary

The Catalyst Foreman will oversee all catalyst loading, unloading, and regeneration activities. This position requires strong leadership and a comprehensive understanding of catalyst systems to effectively coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining catalyst quality and optimizing process efficiency, directly contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all catalyst handling operations, including the loading, unloading, and regeneration of catalysts.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards during all catalyst handling activities.
• Coordinate daily activities effectively with operations and maintenance teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Monitor catalyst inventory and maintain accurate records of catalyst usage and condition.
• Inspect catalyst equipment and components regularly to identify and address any potential issues or failures.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on proper catalyst handling procedures.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of catalyst-related activities to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a technical certification is considered a plus.
• Proven experience working as a Catalyst Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of catalyst systems and established handling procedures.
