The Role: Cladder and Insulation Supervisor

Green Asia LLC is seeking a Cladder and Insulation Supervisor for a contract, on-site position based in Al Jubail. This role is central to overseeing all cladding and insulation activities on industrial and construction projects. The supervisor ensures that all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with project specifications and relevant industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and assign tasks effectively to cladding and insulation crews.
• Monitor the quality of installation to ensure adherence to project standards.
• Coordinate material and equipment requirements for ongoing projects.
• Resolve site-specific issues in collaboration with project engineers and other supervisors.
• Conduct regular inspections and verify strict adherence to safety procedures.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports and necessary documentation for project management.
• Mentor team members and actively promote safe work practices across the site.
• Support the project team in achieving timely project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a relevant supervisory role within cladding and insulation.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee on-site activities and manage crews effectively.

• Capability to prepare reports and coordinate resources.
