About the Role

Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. is seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Foreman to join our team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the optimal functioning and upkeep of our housing and facility infrastructure within the camp environment.

Role Summary

The Facility Maintenance Foreman for BISCAT (Housing & Facility) will oversee all maintenance activities related to housing units and camp facilities. This position is responsible for supervising maintenance teams, ensuring that all infrastructure is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with established standards. The Foreman will coordinate daily maintenance operations, schedule preventive maintenance, and promptly address repair issues to minimize downtime and inconvenience for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead maintenance teams in servicing housing units and camp facilities.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Inspect facilities regularly and report any deficiencies to management.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, materials usage, and equipment status.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when required for specialized services.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in facility maintenance, with a demonstrated ability to supervise teams and manage complex maintenance operations. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
