About the Role
Maaden is seeking a Manager Executive Reporting & Insights to join our team in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to leading the financial performance process, ensuring robust reporting, accurate forecasting, and actionable operational insights. The position focuses on delivering data-driven recommendations that enhance profitability and cost efficiency across the organization.
Role Purpose and Scope
The Manager Executive Reporting & Insights will oversee critical financial functions, particularly concerning Aluminum associate and Joint Venture (JV) operations. This involves ensuring compliance, accurate financial management, and strategic alignment with partner organizations. The role requires a comprehensive approach to financial planning, analysis, and stakeholder engagement to support Maaden's strategic goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee Aluminum associate and JV operations, reporting, and compliance of partnerships, ensuring accuracy in management accounts, cash flow, and tax obligations.
- Act as a liaison between the JV and its partner organizations, ensuring financial activities align with the joint venture agreement and the strategic goals of all stakeholders.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and develop long-term financial plans (*, 5-10-year plans) and rolling forecasts with more than US $3B annually.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, including P&L, cash flow, and KPIs. Analyze variances and operational drivers, providing insights to leadership for the JV and its subsidiaries.
- Serve as the main point of contact for JV partners, boards of directors, and investment committees. Evaluate operational KPIs, conduct cost driver analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure adherence to JV governance procedures, internal controls, and international accounting standards such as IFRS or US GAAP.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and distributions, including monitoring debt compliance and refinancing, modeling, and facilitating capital calls.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and lenders to manage project-level reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and workflows, often leveraging ERP software.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience in manufacturing, mining, metals, or industrial environments is preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic industrial environment, requiring close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
