Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians.
• Oversee compliance with the preventive maintenance plan.
• Control and submit progress reports to the Area Maintenance supervisor.
• Provide onsite maintenance for all types of electrical systems, including generators, transformers, and motors.

• Conduct frequent site visits for oversight and support.

Qualifications:

• Min 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance (High School) or 8 years with a Diploma.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management for Oil & Gas facilities.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally and reside in KSA.
