Join KBR as an Electrical Supervisor!
KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to ensure reliability and availability of electrical assets, maintaining essential process units in operation.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians.
  • Oversee compliance with the preventive maintenance plan.
  • Control and submit progress reports to the Area Maintenance supervisor.
  • Provide onsite maintenance for all types of electrical systems, including generators, transformers, and motors.
  • Ensure safety procedures and best practices are followed during maintenance activities.
  • Conduct frequent site visits for oversight and support.
  • Maintain records of maintenance and prepare work completion reports.
  • Recommend enhancements to increase serviceability of electrical systems.
  • Enforce safety policies and regulations during maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Min 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance (High School) or 8 years with a Diploma.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance management for Oil & Gas facilities.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and reside in KSA.
