About the Role

LTM is seeking an O Administrator for a contract position based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This role is critical for maintaining daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the O365 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a critical O365 resource for Business As Usual (BAU) activities.
• Undertake SMTP Server upgradation projects.
• Address and resolve system vulnerabilities.
• Perform regular system patching.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for Incident Resolution (IR), Service Requests (SR), and Change Requests (CR).
• Deliver all duties and tasks in accordance with contractual terms.

Role Context

The O Administrator will be an integral part of the IT operations team, focusing on the day-to-day management and enhancement of the O365 platform. This position requires a proactive approach to system maintenance and problem-solving to ensure high availability and performance.
