About the Role

Fircroft is seeking an experienced SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Administrator to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional to manage, maintain, and optimize the organization's SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support both SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises environments.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 Cloud Services, including configuration, security settings, and user administration.
  • Plan and execute SharePoint projects, such as migrations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
  • Implement best practices for SharePoint governance, performance tuning, and business process improvements.
  • Provide Level 2 support for Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and cybersecurity tools.
  • Process change requests for end-user devices and systems, including SAP, WebEx, Jabber, Kaspersky, and GV Classification.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Perform backup operations for critical user devices.
  • Identify and address security vulnerabilities on end-user devices.
  • Configure and implement cybersecurity requirements and security controls.
  • Apply security policies, configurations, and data protection measures across all devices and systems.
  • Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and organizational security protocols.
  • Administer SQL Server environments that support the SharePoint infrastructure.
  • Utilize PowerShell scripting for automating administrative and operational tasks.
  • Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, permissions, and access controls.
  • Maintain knowledge of networking concepts, security best practices, and data encryption technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing SharePoint migrations and upgrades.
  • Experience in Windows administration, cybersecurity solutions, and enterprise end-user support.
  • Strong expertise in both SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server administration.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts, security frameworks, and data encryption.
  • Experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, WebEx, Jabber, and Kaspersky.

  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications are considered an advantage.
