The Role of Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to join our team in Al Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for supporting the efficient coordination of day-to-day operational activities. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and operational support, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and align with company standards. This role involves working closely with multiple departments to coordinate operational processes, monitor progress, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for a range of tasks aimed at maintaining smooth and effective operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily operational activities across various departments.
- Preparing operational schedules and monitoring the completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintaining accurate operational records and comprehensive documentation.
- Supporting inventory, procurement, and logistics coordination where required.
- Monitoring key operational performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing detailed reports.
- Coordinating effective communication channels between internal departments.
- Assisting with initiatives aimed at process improvement.
- Ensuring strict compliance with established operational procedures.
- Supporting project coordination and various administrative activities.
- Identifying operational issues and escalating them appropriately when necessary.
Required Experience
The ideal candidate will bring 2 to 5 years of experience in an operations coordination or similar support role. This experience should demonstrate a proven capability to manage daily operational activities and contribute to process efficiency within an organizational setting.
Location and Work Type
This is a full-time position based in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to effectively coordinate with various departments and support daily operations.
