About the Operations Support Coordinator Role

The Operations Support Coordinator is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Saudi Arabia. This role provides essential administrative and operational coordination to ensure the efficient delivery of services. The position serves as a key liaison between clients, operations personnel, inspectors, and management, facilitating effective project scheduling, documentation, and execution while upholding quality, safety, and contractual standards.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the daily deployment of technicians, inspectors, and support personnel.
  • Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and the daily activity and productivity of inspectors and support personnel to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Prepare job orders and assignments for field personnel.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, reports, and project documentation.
  • Track manpower utilization to optimize resource deployment.
  • Coordinate logistical requirements, including transportation and site access.
  • Generate operational progress reports for management review.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience in coordinating manpower resources.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and prepare management reports and performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting projects within the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, or construction sectors.
  • Familiarity with timesheet administration, project support, and invoicing processes.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

This is a full-time position located in Dammam, Eastern Saudi Arabia. The role involves close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
