Pharmacist

About the Role

WHITES is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This role involves dispensing and controlling both prescription and non-prescription medications, while also providing general healthcare advice to customers. The Pharmacist is expected to adhere to the highest legal and ethical guidelines in practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advice on health issues, symptoms, and medications in response to customer inquiries.
• Process prescriptions and dispense medications accurately.
• Manage the ordering and sale of medicines and other stock items.
• Maintain full control over the delivery, stocking, and labeling of medicines and products, monitoring their condition to prevent expiry or deterioration.
• Listen carefully to customers to understand their needs and issues, offering appropriate information and advice.
• Comply with all SFDA's legal laws, rules, regulations, and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.
• A valid license to practice the profession is mandatory.
• No prior work experience is strictly required, though it is preferred.

Required Skills

• Thorough understanding of dosage administration/measurement, chemical compounds, and medical brands.
• Ability to work in various locations throughout Al Jubail.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, operating within a retail pharmacy setting. The role requires adaptability to different work locations and shift schedules.
