About the Role

IOTA GROUP is seeking a Piping Superintendent for a full-time position in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing piping activities within large-scale refining and petrochemical facilities, contributing to complex international projects in a high-performance industrial environment.

Role Overview

The Piping Superintendent will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating piping construction and commissioning activities. The position requires a strong understanding of technical issues related to design, installation, and testing, as well as the ability to ensure compliance with applicable standards. This role is integral to the successful transition from the construction phase to the commissioning stage of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of supervisors to achieve project targets and oversee contractor activities.
• Support engineering teams in resolving technical issues concerning design, installation, or testing.
• Ensure adherence to and management of applicable industry and project standards.
• Drive the transition of piping work from the construction phase to the commissioning stage.
• Manage relationships and performance targets with contractors.
• Produce regular reports detailing targets, achievements, contractor weaknesses, and challenges.
• Identify critical activities and deviations, proposing effective solutions.
• Enforce project safety rules and values, leading by example.
• Demonstrate familiarity with standards in force in Saudi Arabia or Aramco's standards.
• Master the scope of work at the level of a complete package.

Qualifications and Requirements

• An Engineering or Diploma degree is required.
