The company is seeking a Rotating Supervisor to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern region, for a full-time position.

The Rotating Supervisor Role

The Rotating Supervisor is responsible for organizing and overseeing daily maintenance activities within an assigned area, based on established schedules. This role ensures that all activities are carried out safely, effectively, and within the specified timeframes, contributing to the operational efficiency of the facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the necessary team.
• Supervise all ongoing jobs and provide progress updates to the Foreman.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment, and ensure material availability.
• Arrange necessary work permits before the commencement of work.
• Provide technical advice to Technicians regarding the proper use of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to execute and complete jobs.
• Ensure that SAP data input, history, and actual hours are accurately maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
• Conduct Toolbox talks before commencing work.
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and proper PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
• Encourage the reporting of Near Miss incidents, unsafe conditions, and acts.
• Participate in Safety audits.
• Attend Safety and Technical training as scheduled.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management within Oil & Gas Facilities.
• Well-organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills, particularly within large organizations.
• Demonstrated maturity of judgment under pressure and an ability to resolve problems effectively.
• Ability to achieve business results while working in a multi-cultural environment.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Al Jubail, within the Eastern region. The role operates within an industrial setting, requiring adherence to stringent safety and operational protocols.
