About the Rotating Technician Role

KBR, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Rotating Technician for a full-time position in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and availability of essential assets to maintain continuous process unit operations. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Rotating Technician will be responsible for leading, supervising, and coordinating the activities of a maintenance technician team. This includes ensuring compliance with the preventive maintenance plan and effectively managing breakdown maintenance on instrument systems, equipment, and facilities. The role requires applying the best and safest maintenance practices.

• Oversee the execution of monthly and weekly maintenance plans, controlling progress and submitting regular reports.
• Provide on-site maintenance and repairs on various instrument types, ensuring adherence to standards, specifications, safety procedures, and manufacturer recommendations.
• Lead and coordinate daily instrument maintenance activities for technicians, serving as the focal point for the execution plan.
• Conduct frequent site visits to monitor work execution and technician activities during routine maintenance.
• Follow up on maintenance work progress, submit reports with recommendations to the Instrument foreman, and maintain records of daily works against planned programs.
• Assist in implementing engineering modifications and enhancements to instrument equipment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must be Saudi Nationals to be considered for this position. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

• Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing instrument systems.
• Good knowledge in instrument equipment design, installation, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing mechanical and electro-hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with standards, procedures, and regulations related to Health, Safety, and Environmental preservation.
