Program Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet specific criteria to be considered for the Tamheer Training Program.

• Must hold a bachelor's or diploma degree from an institution accredited by the Ministry of Education in the required field.
• Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
• Must be currently available for work.
• Must not have prior work experience in the public or private sector exceeding one calendar year (0-1 year experience required).
• Must be registered on the TAQAT/HRDF platform.
• Must be proficient in English.
