About the Role

Nesma Infrastructure & Technology is seeking a qualified and motivated Safety Officer to join its Quality & Safety team. This full-time position is based in the Eastern region, with opportunities in Al Jubail, Dammam, and Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies across various project sites.

Role Overview

The Safety Officer will play a key role in ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards related to health, safety, and environment. This involves identifying workplace hazards, fostering a strong safety culture, and providing essential support to project teams to maintain a secure working environment. The role requires a Saudi EHS Officer with valid SEC approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential safety hazards in the workplace.
• Implement and monitor project-specific safety procedures.
• Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for personnel.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide support to project teams to help maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare comprehensive safety reports and participate in project meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi national with valid SEC approval.
• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant safety role.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor EHS policies.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the Quality & Safety team, supporting various project sites across the Eastern region, including Al Jubail, Dammam, and Riyadh. The role involves working collaboratively with project teams to ensure a safe operational environment.
