Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. (ABIS) is seeking a Senior Supervisor specializing in Hydrojetting, High Pressure Jetting, and Water Jetting within the Oil & Gas industry. This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, requiring an experienced professional to lead critical operations.

Role Summary

The Senior Supervisor will be responsible for leading and overseeing hydrojetting operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, operational efficiency, and compliance with industry standards across all projects. This role demands strong leadership and the ability to effectively manage teams and coordinate resources to achieve operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage hydrojetting, high pressure jetting, and water jetting operations on-site.
• Develop work plans and allocate resources to achieve project objectives within established schedules.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and provide training for the hydrojetting team.
• Inspect equipment to ensure proper maintenance and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to align operations with project requirements.
• Monitor and report on project progress, challenges encountered, and incidents.
• Mentor and guide junior supervisors and technicians to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive experience in hydrojetting operations within the Oil & Gas industry.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities and proven ability to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to coordinate resources efficiently to meet operational goals.
• Experience with Shutdown & Turnaround operations is preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. The role involves on-site supervision of hydrojetting operations within the Oil & Gas sector.
