KBR is seeking a Static Technician III to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern region. This full-time position is for individuals with 2-5 years of experience, focusing on the maintenance, installation, and repair of static equipment and piping systems. Role Overview

The Static Technician III is responsible for ensuring static equipment and piping systems are maintained in optimal condition. This role involves leading a team of technicians and executing all installation, maintenance, and repair tasks in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive job assignments, work instructions, drawings, and specifications from the Supervisor and execute tasks accordingly.
• Lead a team of technicians in daily operations.
• Utilize appropriate tools and equipment for each job, including heavy-duty specialized tools from the Central tool room.
• Operate basic machine tools such as grinders, power saws, drill presses, and threading machines.
• Perform all installation and maintenance work in compliance with SATORP procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct necessary testing, including hydro and pneumatic tests.
• Obtain required work permits before commencing any work.
• Maintain strict adherence to SATORP safety standards.
• Consult with the Supervisor for any technical issues encountered.
• Ensure good housekeeping practices are followed during and after job completion.
• Complete jobs to meet quality and schedule requirements as per company standards.
• Comply with all Safety, Health, and Environment standards and procedures.
• Report all near misses, unsafe conditions, and acts.
• Attend scheduled Safety and Technical training sessions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in static equipment maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of technicians.
• Proficiency in operating basic and specialized machine tools.
• Familiarity with safety standards and work permit procedures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role requires adherence to stringent safety and operational guidelines within an industrial setting.
