About the Role

SGS is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist Industrial Services to join its Industrial Services team. This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on business development and customer engagement for industrial service offerings.

Role Context and Focus

The Technical Sales Specialist will drive business development and customer engagement for industrial services, including third-party inspection (TPI) and non-destructive testing (NDT). The specialist will work with customers in the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Utilities, and related industrial sectors to understand technical requirements, identify business opportunities, and deliver suitable service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial inspection, testing, and related technical services.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers across relevant industrial sectors.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to provide appropriate service solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, respond to customer inquiries, and provide commercial and technical clarifications.
• Maintain regular customer engagement to strengthen existing business and secure repeat orders.
• Develop new accounts and expand SGS's presence within the Eastern Region.
• Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager on complex technical and commercial proposals, with a progressive development towards independent opportunity management.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• The ideal candidate will be commercially driven with a background in technical sales within industrial services.
