Turnaround Scheduler

About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a Turnaround Scheduler to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves developing, implementing, and monitoring integrated turnaround schedules for critical industrial operations. The role requires a professional with significant experience in managing complex shutdown activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated Turnaround schedules, encompassing pre-shutdown, shutdown, and post-shutdown phases.
• Coordinate effectively with Turnaround planners, schedulers, contractors, and various stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Monitor schedule progress diligently, identify any deviations from the plan, and provide timely warnings to relevant parties.
• Perform Critical Path Analysis to identify essential activities and conduct resource forecasting to ensure availability.
• Review job plans, work steps, durations, and resource requirements to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Identify opportunities for resource optimization and continuous schedule improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Provide regular schedule updates, progress reports, and input during Turnaround reviews and critiques.
• Ensure strict compliance with EHS&S (Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security) requirements and established Turnaround work processes.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Turnaround scheduling or a similar capacity within an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex scheduling tasks and coordinating with multiple teams.

This is a full-time role based in Al Jubail, located in the Eastern Region. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic team focused on critical industrial operations.
