The Role of Warehouse Assistant

Kanooz Contracting Company is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations, focusing on the proper handling, receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials, while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery documents and purchase orders.
• Assist in unloading, checking, and organizing received materials.
• Arrange and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate records of goods received, issued, and transferred.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare and issue materials according to approved requests.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damaged, or missing items.
• Ensure proper labeling and identification of stored materials.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow health and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, purchasing, and other departments.
• Support packing, loading, and dispatch activities when required.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or a similar field.
