About the Role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a dedicated B Instructor to join our team in Al Jubail, Eastern region. This full-time position involves delivering specialized technical instruction, primarily focused on H145 maintenance. The role requires a strong commitment to operational integrity and an awareness of potential compliance risks, which are fundamental to the company's success and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical instruction with a focus on H145 maintenance.
• Develop and instruct On-the-Job Training (OJT) curriculum for both new and experienced maintenance technicians.
• Create and utilize various teaching aids, including charts, graphs, handouts, overheads, and slides, to enhance technical training courses.
• Directly supervise new maintenance technicians during training evaluations.
• Maintain accurate training records in compliance with PSS/GSAC policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance specialty or a recognized aviation training program (minimum 2 years).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience (Military or Civilian) in H145 Maintenance.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Instructor.
• Possession of an H145 type rating from an OEM-approved organization.
• An instructor qualification or course certificate from a recognized organization.
• EASA Part 66 or FAA License is preferred.
• Qualification as a Level-7 in related specialties of logistics, maintenance, and training is preferred.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Demonstrated ability in curriculum development and instructional delivery for technical training.
• Proficiency in developing effective teaching aids.
• Experience in supervising and evaluating maintenance technicians during training.
• Working knowledge of office automation tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, for administrative tasks and record keeping.
• Technical writing experience of 3 years is preferred.
• For non-native English speakers, a minimum IELTS score of or equivalent is required. English language skills will also be evaluated during the PSS/GSAC interview.
